Susan E. Schenck, MS, MTOM, is a nutrition expert, teacher, and healer living in Cuenca, Ecuador. With a master’s degree in Chinese medicine and studies from Indiana University, she has devoted over 50 years to exploring health and wellness. A former public school teacher, Susan also taught raw food classes in Cuenca for seven years. Her lifelong passion for natural healing and education continues to inspire others to pursue vibrant, holistic living.
